Welcome to Lynn Properties
With a new year we have a major new project. We are currently remodeling a wonderful 3+ bedroom home with large attached garage. As a bonus there is a 2 bedroom private apartment which is completely remodeled and I am living here. Our marketing ideas for this house are not finalized yet, though I would really like to form a partnership with a liked mind owner, who would like to purchase a 1/2 interest in the total property.
This buyer/investor would have shared ownership of the total property which is 5 acres with beautiful southwest views to Attitash, 6+ bedrooms/4 bathrooms/2 kitchens plus studio rental, and a 28' x 30' fully finished and heated to car garage.
My concept is I would live in the downstairs apartment and the buyer would have exclusive use of the remodeled 3+ bedroom/2 bath orginal house. We collectively would share in the income form the beautiful studio space (now $600/month).
As I bring the construction to conclusion and the landscaping and clearing is complete, I will formulate my direction. More than likely I will turn to Badger Realty as my advisor. !!>
